Fish We Catch

Coho or Silver Salmon not only take trolled baits, but readily respond to pitched or trolled spinners and flies. Of the different types of salmon, Coho may well be the most aggressive biters. These fish often return from the ocean as 3-year-olds. Their population has proven somewhat fragile and their numbers are closely monitored by the various management agencies. Harvest regulations on Coho can therefore change dramatically from year to year.
