Our late-arriving Fall season is affording us additional time to get out and appreciate the vivid colors of Autum.  Make it a point to head out and enjoy the season!

Winter Steelheading Winding Down - Focus Turns to Spring & Summer Fisheries

With warmer weather moving, our winter steelheading is drawing to a close.  While numerous systems are known to produce winter-run fish in late March and into April, the majority are finished for the season and most  coastal rivers close to winter-run fishing on March 31st. 

High Water - Low Water

Instead of having a nice moderate winter with average river levels, we have gone from super high water in December to super low levels accompanied with ice cold temperatures in January. Early February will hopefully bring us the change we are looking for.
