Dwight and his buddy Mel enjoyed a a double hook-up on their McKenzie River Salmon trip this past Thursday. It was very cool indeed to watch them both set the hook simultaneously on a pair of strong Springers. They did an admirable job of keeping the fish separate during the fight. There was a definite sigh of relief when we finally landed the second fish and saw that both salmon were hatchery keepers.
